Job description
职位概况
负责制定并执行自动驾驶系统的整体测试策略，主导测试分析、设计及平台搭建，确保跨部门协同，降低交付风险。
主要职责
- 制定总体测试策略，规划测试目标与范围。
- 主导测试分析与设计，定义测试平台及评估指标。
- 跨部门协作，配合系统、算法、工具及质量团队，识别并规避测试风险。
- 推动自动化测试落地，实现代码及仿真环境的持续集成。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业。
- 精通自动驾驶测试方法论，熟悉SIL/HIL等仿真测试手段。
- 了解传感器及自动驾驶系统架构，具备量产项目经验。
- 具备扎实的编程或仿真能力，能够带领团队实现自动化测试。
- 逻辑分析能力强，抗压能力佳，对自动驾驶技术充满热情。
- 有0到1测试系统构建或出海项目量产交付经验者优先。
