About the role
Join Philips in Beijing as an Intern focusing on AI Agent Development. You will help translate business knowledge into scalable workflow solutions using AI tools and support process management improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
- Utilize AI tools to structure, summarize, and transform business knowledge into scalable workflow solutions.
- Support the development and optimization of PLDM (Product Lifecycle & Development Management) process management tools.
- Collaborate with domain experts to create flexible, maintainable, and user‑friendly workflow solutions.
Required profile
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, workflow management, or digital transformation projects through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Management, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for improving business processes through innovative technologies.
