Training Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering onboarding and continuous learning programs for new employees, frontline leaders, and internal trainers in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role supports course development, tracks training effectiveness, and collaborates closely with production teams and HR partners.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and deliver onboarding training sessions, including scheduling, on‑site support and post‑training follow‑up.
• Assist in creating training materials such as SOPs, shop‑floor procedures, videos and e‑learning content.
• Track and analyse training effectiveness using data tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with production workshops, frontline leaders/foremen and other departments to ensure smooth on‑site training and mentoring.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to enhance training efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any major); background in Human Resources, Education or Management is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in training, employee development or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, coordination and execution abilities in a dynamic environment.
