Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all‑level positions across China, with a focus on the Bay region (Guangdong, Hainan, Hong Kong). This role partners closely with business and HR stakeholders to deliver high‑quality hires while supporting the company’s employer branding and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: intake meetings, JD creation, posting, sourcing, selection, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding follow‑up.
• Develop and execute a cross‑area talent supply strategy for the Bay region, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Track and meet recruitment KPIs such as Time to Hire, diversity, early leaver rates, sourcing channel effectiveness, process compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with business and HR partners to drive recruitment results and address talent gaps.
• Support the implementation of the company’s EVP strategy and employer branding roadmap in China.
• Build relationships with target schools, support campus events, and manage vendor relationships.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives for the Talent Acquisition organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record of leading recruitment projects and meeting KPI targets.
• Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high integrity and self‑motivation.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and Chinese labor laws.
• Willingness to travel or work flexibly based on project needs.
