Team Manager – Make S&M

About the role

We are looking for a Team Manager to lead the Make S&M production line. The role ensures smooth operation of the Kanban system, high‑quality output for internal and overseas customers, and continuous improvement of processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process, including plate recognition, cycle time analysis, bottleneck identification and capacity planning.
• Maintain a stable Kanban system that meets order demand while improving efficiency.
• Manage daily inventory of coils and plates, conduct stock‑taking, and issue clear instructions to team leaders and material handlers.
• Control documentation such as process, technical and template records, and ensure traceability.
• Lead the team through behavior development, performance appraisal, and regular reporting.
• Analyse production data and generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and management capabilities.
• Familiarity with continuous‑improvement tools such as 5S, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Certification in GB (preferred) and project work experience (plus).
