Team Manager

About the role

The Team Manager will lead a production team to ensure smooth operation of the Kanban system, meet internal and overseas order demand, and maintain high quality standards. This role combines process knowledge, inventory oversight, and team development to support the company's mission of resource efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve the Kanban system to meet order demand with high quality and on‑time delivery.
• Utilize the ALPS tool for organization-wide management, documentation, and execution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of production processes, product specifications, cycle times, bottlenecks, and traceability records.
• Manage daily inventory of coils and plates, conduct stock‑taking, and issue clear instructions to team leads and material handlers.
• Control documentation including process, technical, and template tables.
• Apply improvement tools such as 5S, TPM, PRP, SOP, and CSB processes.
• Lead the team through behavior development, performance appraisal, and execution strengthening.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production reports and perform data analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership and management skills with at least three years in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with continuous‑improvement methodologies (5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Certification such as GB is a plus; project work experience is advantageous.
