Talent Acquisition Professional

About the role

Covestro is seeking a Talent Acquisition Professional to partner with hiring managers and HR business partners in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for its global operations. The role will drive sourcing, candidate engagement and offer management to ensure the company attracts the right talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned functions, from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job ads and select sourcing strategies.
• Execute proactive sourcing, build and maintain talent pools, and leverage AI‑powered tools for talent mapping and candidate outreach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor hiring activity and talent movement, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare balanced offer proposals, negotiate with candidates and support successful onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify service delivery issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in additional projects and duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or related recruiting functions.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Result‑driven, customer‑centric mindset with strong influencing and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Openness to learning new technologies and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI recruitment tools.
