Supply Planning Specialist

About the role

Monster Energy is looking for a proactive Supply Planning Specialist to own the flow of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You will drive the supply chain, generate purchase orders, and ensure the right products are delivered in the right quantities at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet business growth and sales demand.
• Use planning systems and data‑driven tools to generate purchase orders, optimise inventory, and track supply through fulfillment.
• Collaborate with product development, vendors, co‑packers and internal teams to support new product launches and maintain adequate capacity.
• Prepare, issue, and update purchase orders, confirming accuracy of delivery dates, quantities and units.
• Monitor inventory across all locations, identify slow‑moving or obsolete material risks, and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance/Accounts Payable and Quality departments to resolve payment and quality issues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate disruptions and solve problems before they occur.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional partners and external vendors.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with supply planning software or ERP planning systems.
