Supply Coordinator

About the role

Wilhelmsen Ship Services is looking for a Supply Coordinator to join its global team in Shanghai. You will ensure that all orders and demands from the WSS network are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out duties and routines in line with company policy.
• Report issues and take action to maintain professional departmental service.
• Utilise available technology and ensure it is used efficiently.
• Support daily tasks such as order input, claims handling, problem solving, order confirmations, general administration, and follow‑up on quotes and enquiries.
• Maintain good Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices.
• Ensure all orders are closed by month‑end.

Required profile

• GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma holder, preferably with additional education in administration or economics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supply or logistics function.
• Familiarity with office applications and ERP systems (specifically IFS).
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Systematic, accurate, and able to work under pressure.
• Versatile, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
