About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is recruiting a Manager in Training (MIT) for its A&F store at Kunming Shuncheng Shopping Centre. The MIT program is a 90-day blended-learning path covering store operations, business management, customer experience, floor supervision and talent management, with regular 30-, 60- and 90-day progress reviews. Completion leads to the Assistant Manager role, which covers staffing, hiring and training, business analysis, visual merchandising, competitor analysis and HR management. The company promotes from within.
