ST41 Structure Mechanic

About the role

The ST41 Structure Mechanic is responsible for preparing and assembling metallic and composite components for aircraft structures at Airbus' Tianjin final assembly facility. The role ensures that every part meets drawing specifications, quality standards, and environmental safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare metallic and composite components, including hybrid stacks, for assembly.
• Verify that components match drawings and work orders before loading them into the system.
• Perform drilling, fastening, and apply surface protections such as sealants and alodine.
• Enter all performed operations into the traceability system and ensure correct loading of serial elements.
• Maintain compliance with drawing requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Implement the Environmental Management System to keep the work area safe and orderly.
