Job description
职位概况
负责园区内健身器材、健身房和水疗区域的管理与运营，为入住长辈及员工提供健身指导、课程制定和安全检查。
主要职责
- 指导长辈和员工使用健身器械，提供训练和私教课程。
- 日常器械维护、场地安全检查及运营管理。
- 制定并代课康体课程，如太极、八段锦、瑜伽、尊巴等。
- 组织体能及拓展训练项目，支持康乐活动开展。
任职要求
- 热爱运动，具备2年以上相关工作经验。
- 拥有国职初级以上、ACE、AFCC、ACSM、AASFP、NSCA等专业证书。
- 持有救生员资格证，了解长辈锻炼及康复需求。
- 能够与长辈友好相处，具备基础太极、八段锦等教学能力。
