Job description

职位概况

负责SMT制程中不良PCBA的检测、维修及异常分析，确保生产线的良率与交付进度。需要独立完成元件级维修并配合团队持续提升维修效率。

主要职责

检测并维修SMT制程中的不良PCBA，进行异常分析处理。
统计、记录维修过程中发现的问题并归纳分析。
配合工程师完成故障复现、原因定位并形成分析报告。
依据电路原理图、PCB点位图及BOM进行故障排查并完成修复。
与团队协作，提升维修效率与质量。
完成上级安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求

大专及以上学历（或同等学历）。
2年以上PCBA维修经验，熟悉SMT电路板维修流程。
能够熟练阅读电路原理图及PCB点位图。
具备良好的责任心和执行力，能适应加班。

必备技能

熟练使用电烙铁、热风枪、万用表、示波器、电源等维修测试工具。
具备元件级（0201贴片、BGA/QFN）维修能力。
掌握基本电脑操作及常用办公软件。
