SEO/SEM Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO/SEM Generalist to drive both organic and paid search performance for Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines. You will shape our search visibility, optimise content and manage campaigns that attract and retain millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and optimise website, landing pages and app‑store listings for higher organic rankings.
• Implement technical SEO improvements such as site‑speed, schema markup and mobile optimisation.
• Plan, create and manage Google Ads, Bing and other paid search campaigns, refining ad copy, targeting and bidding to maximise ROI.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure key performance indicators are met.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, product and development teams to align search strategies with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, SEM or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in fintech, e‑commerce or cryptocurrency is a plus.
