职位概况
在此岗位，您将负责区域重点客户的经营与服务销售，通过深度客户管理、业务拓展和项目推进，持续提升客户价值和区域业务表现。
主要职责
- 负责区域重点客户关系管理和业务发展，建立长期稳定的合作关系。
- 提升客户覆盖率和服务业务渗透率，制定并执行销售策略和业务计划。
- 推动服务合同续签、新签及增值业务拓展，达成销售收入和业务增长目标。
- 主导复杂销售项目及客户合作项目，整合公司资源推动项目落地。
- 协调销售、服务、市场等团队，共同实现业务目标。
任职要求
- 必备：医疗行业销售经验，SV销售经验优先，重点客户管理经验，独立开发客户并推动项目落地的能力。
- 必备：良好的商务谈判能力和客户影响力，跨部门协作和资源整合能力。
- 加分：医疗设备服务销售经验，FSE或技术支持背景，KOL管理经验，大型项目管理经验。
