职位概况
负责电机组件（显示类）全球品类策略的制定与执行，支持业务单元在全球范围内的成本竞争力和供应链韧性。
主要职责
- 制定并执行电机组件（显示）品类策略，协调全球业务单元。
- 通过价格谈判和成本实现，确保材料成本竞争力。
- 在供应链出现风险时，管理供应商的弹性与分配。
- 维护与供应商的关系，实现可持续业务发展。
- 与GCM及内部业务单元紧密合作，提升业务绩效。
- 负责从市场调研、供应商开发到付款的全流程管理。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，工程、材料、商务或电气工程专业，硕士学历优先。
- 有海外学习或工作经历，能够适应多元文化环境。
- 英语听说读写流利，能够以英语作为工作语言。
必备技能
- 价格谈判能力。
- 供应链管理与风险控制。
- 跨部门协作与沟通。
