职位概况
负责在指定区域内开展公司肿瘤产品的介绍与推广，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，确保完成公司下达的工作目标。
主要职责
- 制定并执行医疗机构拜访计划，按公司规定的覆盖频率进行推广。
- 向医疗机构提供产品咨询，处理问题并提升满意度。
- 挖掘现有市场潜力，开发潜在市场，完成区域销售目标。
- 组织学术活动，配合公司市场策略推广新产品。
- 收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈并提供建议。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历。
- 2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。
必备技能
- 产品及市场知识。
- 产品推广技巧及流程。
- 区域管理能力。
- 业务敏锐性。
