Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to expand our customer base in the textile and garment accessories sector. You will work closely with our international trade team to identify prospects, promote new products and support order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential customers through proactive prospecting and conduct regular in‑depth visits to build strategic partnerships.
• Perform market research and promote new items, gathering target pricing and market trends for the Chinese team.
• Drive order conversion, push customers to make payments, and arrange new orders.
• Collect information on customs policies, agents, and local logistics to facilitate smooth shipments.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by Chinese colleagues.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of B2B sales experience in the textile industry (fabrics, garment accessories, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, conversational Portuguese.

What we offer

• Base salary of $600‑$800 per month.
• Allowance of $200‑$300 per month.
• Monthly bonus of $300‑$600 for each new customer order.
