Senior Recruiter, APAC

About the role

Quince is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its APAC operations. You will shape recruiting strategies, partner closely with hiring managers, and help build world‑class teams that support the company’s rapid growth and sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high‑quality candidates for non‑technical roles across APAC.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft clear job descriptions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and use data‑driven insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast‑moving, consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and ability to understand business needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Data‑oriented mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics.
