Senior Product Manager – Marketing Campaigns & Launch

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will drive campaign execution for mature HIV products and lead new product launch readiness in China. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role translates brand strategy into field‑ready campaigns and develops launch plans to unlock business potential.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute in‑line product campaigns, develop materials, roll out to the field and track performance.
• Support the Marketing Director in new product launch readiness, milestone tracking and cross‑functional alignment.
• Build and maintain forecast models (patient‑based, epidemiology‑based) to support launch planning and resource allocation.
• Translate market insights into GTM strategies, target patient segments, priority hospitals and channel plans.
• Develop promotional tools, provide training to sales and functional teams, and monitor field usage.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a CMKT or brand team, with proven in‑line campaign execution and at least one new product launch.
• Strong analytical ability to build and interpret forecast models using IQVIA, sales and CRM data.
• Excellent project management, cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; ability to produce business documents and presentations.
