About the role
The Assistant E‑Commerce Manager will support the brand’s online and multi‑channel growth, defining and executing the distance‑selling strategy across e‑boutiques, mobile commerce and social platforms such as Douyin.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and experiment with online retail opportunities aligned with brand positioning (e‑boutiques, e‑retail, mobile and social commerce).
- Drive sales, profitability and growth of e‑boutiques and related sites.
- Develop and optimise traffic acquisition using media, search, social and partnership levers.
- Monitor customer experience and purchase pathways to improve conversion, frequency and average order value across web and mobile devices.
- Track and measure site and business performance to increase ROI of programmes.
- Coordinate order, payment and delivery processes with supply‑chain and finance teams.
- Define, advocate for and manage the budget in line with brand strategy and ambitions.
