Senior Operations Finance Manager

About the role

Kerry is seeking a Senior Operations Finance Manager to partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams, ensuring accurate site financials and driving transformation across multiple plants. The role involves extensive collaboration with plant leadership, travel to sites, and participation in strategic programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations/SCM to design and execute programme strategy, KPIs, budgets and cost‑saving projects.
• Challenge plant management on material management, inventory levels, aged inventory and line capacity.
• Submit, review and sign off all capital expenditure projects for management approval.
• Produce weekly operations reports assessing plant efficiency against KPIs.
• Lead the Accelerate programme and champion cost‑saving initiatives.
• Support business growth activities such as M&A, integrations and reorganisations.
• Manage, coach and mentor local plant accountants.
• Ensure accuracy of plant financials, including production volume, conversion costs, material usage variance and standard costs.
• Provide project‑management support for Integrated Office projects, handling scope, planning, risk and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Significant experience in finance within an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50 % of the time to multiple sites.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
