Associate/Senior Associate – Royalty Audit (Shanghai)

Key responsibilities

• Assist and/or manage execution of compliance audits for existing clients, including planning, execution, data compilation, analysis, product testing, and interviews.
• Manage multiple projects with account managers across various regions, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Travel up to 50% domestically or internationally to support audit activities.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance department (audit or Big Four experience preferred but not required).
• Data analytics background and strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent; MBA/CPA/CA is a plus.
• Professional, detail‑oriented demeanor with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
