Senior Key Account Manager – Global Chains

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects for global hotel chains, driving revenue growth and strategic transformation for Trip.com. You will own new acquisitions and manage existing partnerships, ensuring our hotel content, rates and availability deliver the best value to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of hotel chain acquisitions and ongoing account management.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders across global chains.
• Conduct performance tracking, production optimisation, workshops and issue resolution to meet annual targets.
• Perform data research, analysis and regular performance reviews with VP, SVP and C‑level executives.
• Initiate regional projects and accelerate global initiatives to boost brand awareness and business strategy.
• Coordinate with internal Trip.com teams (platform, product, service, marketing) to maximise account performance.
• Map prospective accounts and adapt communication methods to different stakeholder groups.
• Travel as required to support account activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in hospitality, revenue/yield management or e‑commerce.
• Existing network with tourism boards, hotel chains or travel influencers (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, influencing and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional presentation skills and ability to tailor communication to stakeholders.
• Result‑oriented, data‑driven with strong analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to travel.
