Senior Desktop Systems Administrator – L1/L2 Support

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to provide L1/L2 support for a large‑scale enterprise environment. The role is on‑site and involves managing client compute devices, operating systems, and related infrastructure across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert support for laptops, desktops, peripherals and accessories.
• Deploy, configure and maintain Windows, macOS and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) operating systems.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects and JAMF Pro configuration profiles.
• Administer network services including WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VPN.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite – Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook and Office applications.
• Configure and manage mobile devices (iOS, Android) via MDM solutions.
• Maintain video‑conferencing and Cisco collaboration equipment.
• Oversee enterprise printing and high‑volume scanning infrastructure.
• Participate in security incident response, malware remediation and forensic imaging.
• Plan and execute office moves, site relocations and user migrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in desktop systems administration or support.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management and compliance enforcement.
