Digital Development Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Development Intern to support the suite of applications used by Airbus China, particularly those related to the Final Assembly Line (FAL) plant production. The intern will work closely with internal teams to resolve application issues, perform testing, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Support all non‑SAP applications within the scope of Airbus China, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to diagnose and resolve system issues, and escalating complex problems to the European team when necessary.
• Conduct functional and system testing for application updates, documenting test results and verifying that changes meet business requirements.
• Receive incident and service requests from end‑users via the Helpdesk, analyse the root cause, troubleshoot, and implement corrective actions to restore normal operation.
• Deliver a high level of service by adhering to strict SLA response and resolution times, and maintaining clear communication with users throughout the incident lifecycle.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled as a student (undergraduate or graduate) with a strong interest in digital development and enterprise applications.
• Demonstrates awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, supporting Airbus’s reputation and sustainable growth.
