Senior Clinical Specialist

About the role

The Senior Clinical Specialist will deliver in‑clinic services and design tailored educational pathways for healthcare professionals (HCPs) using Allergan Aesthetics’ AMI Infinity curriculum. The role focuses on beginner and intermediate injectors, supporting improved patient outcomes while maintaining clinical judgement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify educational needs of HCPs and create bespoke facilitation pathways based on self‑assessment of knowledge, skills, and confidence.
• Deliver in‑clinic services to approximately 30 clinics/HCPs, aligned with affiliate‑level strategic priorities.
• Maintain high‑quality service through timely follow‑up and record all interactions in VEEVA CRM for KPI monitoring.
• Guide HCPs through the AMI Digital World platform to enhance clinical knowledge of Allergan products.
• Support AMI Lead in delivering affiliate‑level events, conferences, workshops, and the MD Codes™ Mentee Programme.
• Act as First Assist for faculty during live technical workshops when clinically qualified.
• Coach and mentor junior Clinical Specialists within the International CS Learner Journeys (ALPHA, BETA, GAMMA, DELTA).

Required profile

• Appropriate clinical qualification to support hands‑on training and act as First Assist.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including National Sales Manager and AMI Lead.
• Strong commitment to reliable follow‑up and accurate documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with VEEVA CRM for activity tracking and reporting.
