职位概况
负责电商与创新业务中的用户管理体系搭建与运营，通过系统化提升患者全周期价值，打造品牌护城河。
主要职责
- 搭建并运营用户管理体系，达成年度用户覆盖、留存及转化目标。
- 建立用户分层模型，设计新用户激活、存量维护、沉默召回等全生命周期运营机制。
- 依据患者旅程设计并优化从咨询到长期治疗的全周期服务策略，分析关键运营数据。
- 策划线上用户增长与激活活动，提升首单转化率和活跃度。
- 构建数据驱动的运营中台，沉淀SOP为可复制的数字资产。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上医药行业市场经验，1年以上新媒体及内容营销经验。
- 具备处方药、OTC或大健康新媒体运营经验，熟悉品类市场，有院外化经验者优先。
- 能够独立完成新媒体项目设计与执行，拥有成功案例。
- 结果导向，抗压能力强。
