Senior Account Manager – Cable Accessories

About the role

3M is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive sales of its cable accessory portfolio in the KunMing territory. The role combines independent territory management with the opportunity to promote innovative solutions to customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for cable accessory products as defined by management.
• Manage the assigned sales territory with limited supervision, developing self‑directed coverage plans.
• Apply business‑unit marketing policies and report market conditions and product performance to the supervisor.
• Promote 3M products and solutions to existing customers and prospects, identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide sales support to distributors and handle customer complaints independently.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within industrial or cable accessory markets.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with management on coverage strategies.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, prospects, and distributors.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
