Sales Representative – Emulsion & Coating Raw Materials

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to promote our emulsion and coating raw‑material solutions to industrial customers. The role focuses on identifying new prospects, maintaining client relationships and supporting import‑export activities for our water‑based acrylic products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and analysing market position.
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential customers, recommending product solutions to improve their production.
• Present and sell emulsion and coating raw‑materials, establishing contact and following up on leads.
• Gather market intelligence on pricing, product trends and merchandising techniques within the paint industry.
• Coordinate import‑export processes to ensure timely delivery of products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; chemical majors preferred.
• Fluent in English or Chinese.
• Minimum 2 years experience in paints & coating industry, preferably in R&D or raw‑material sales (experience with BASF or DOW is a plus).
• Self‑motivated, diligent and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience in paints R&D.
• Raw‑material sales expertise in the paint sector.
• Knowledge of emulsion coating products.
• Familiarity with BASF or DOW processes.
