Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Recruiter will act as a talent acquisition specialist, focusing on sales and marketing positions across Asia and supporting various HR initiatives. This role involves full‑cycle recruiting, partnership development with universities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for sales and marketing roles, including intake, sourcing strategy, screening, and offer management.
• Utilise advanced recruiting channels and tools to proactively identify and engage candidates.
• Present employment offers by highlighting the organization’s values and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with targeted universities to create effective college recruiting programs.
• Build and sustain relationships with business networks and professional organizations to expand talent pipelines.
• Research and recommend best‑practice recruiting methods and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requisition status, candidate considerations, and selection decisions.
• Become an expert user of the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maximize its benefits.
• Provide onboarding support, manage leave processes, and coordinate intern hiring for the regional headquarters.
• Participate in additional HR projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or chemicals sectors.
• Proven expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and a team player.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
