Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Recruiter will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for adidas, partnering closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to attract top talent for responsible business functions. This role combines strategic sourcing, candidate experience management, and collaboration with recruiting colleagues to ensure a high‑quality hiring pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: requisition approval, job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Utilise internal and external candidate databases, university relations, job fairs, social media, and other channels to build and maintain talent pools.
• Partner with hiring teams to develop interview strategies, provide status updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to share candidates and promote a collaborative hiring approach.
• Continuously identify new sourcing channels and improve recruitment processes.
• Represent adidas as an Employer of Choice by communicating brand benefits, compensation strategies, and development programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for corporate or business functions.
• Strong partnership skills with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team‑oriented environment.
