Recruiter (Full-cycle Talent Acquisition)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a fast‑growing manufacturing environment. You will partner with hiring managers across sales, production, technical and corporate functions to ensure timely and quality hires that support our operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑cycle recruitment: needs analysis, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, offer extension and pre‑onboarding.
• Develop and maintain recruitment channels including major job boards, social platforms, labor agencies, job fairs and school partnerships.
• Collaborate with department heads to refine job profiles and ensure alignment with team culture.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, conversion rates, 90‑day retention) and produce regular reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives at campuses and industry events.
• Oversee daily employee attendance tracking, ensure data accuracy in the HR system and generate monthly attendance reports.
• Provide additional HR support for onboarding, internal transfers, promotions and exits as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with sourcing blue‑collar, sales, technical and professional roles.
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment processes and excellent interview skills.
