About the role
The role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise‑level DevOps strategies, automating infrastructure on cloud platforms, and fostering a DevOps culture across development and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines for large‑scale systems.
- Automate infrastructure on cloud services (AWS, Azure, AliCloud) using IaC.
- Monitor production environments to ensure high availability and security.
- Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead technology selection and introduce new DevOps tools.
- Provide DevOps training and guidance to team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in DevOps or Full‑Stack engineering within large‑scale environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and coordination abilities.
Required skills
- Programming languages: Python, Go, Java, Ruby.
- Linux operating system and networking.
- Containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI.
- Configuration management: Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, AliCloud (S3, EC2, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS).
- Monitoring and logging: Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch.
