About the role
You will provide guidance and technical expertise to clients deploying security integrations, acting as a trusted technical partner to ensure secure digital environments.
Key responsibilities
- Build custom security policies and application signatures for unique client environments.
- Consult and guide customers onsite on security best practices and act as a trusted advisor.
- Analyze logs and events, produce threat analysis reports, and mitigate web‑based threats.
- Collaborate with the Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot escalations.
- Maintain solutions, mentor on code upgrades, and support sales teams with technical strategies.
Required profile
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Prisma Access.
- Proven track record leading security solutions in large environments.
- Strong understanding of security threats, internet protocols, and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage senior leaders.
