Engineer I – Global Technology – Technology Services

About the role

Join Expeditors' Global Technology team to support and improve regional technology operations, focusing on Windows endpoint management and data‑center activities across Asia. The Engineer I will ensure devices and infrastructure remain secure, compliant and aligned with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint issues, including troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and escalation.
• Manage the endpoint lifecycle using SCCM, Intune, Autopilot and patching tools.
• Support Windows 11, Active Directory, Group Policy and Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Coordinate remote‑hands services, hardware installations, moves and changes in regional data centres.
• Maintain vendor relationships for hardware, circuits and software licensing, handling procurement, renewals and billing validation.
• Monitor endpoint health, deployment success and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, technically strong and service‑oriented.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and time zones, coordinating projects and vendor activities.

Required skills

• Windows 11 client operating system.
• Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager) and Autopilot deployment.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Python programming for automation tasks.
• Git/GitHub source‑control concepts.
