职位概况
负责公司IT日常运维、资产管理及团队流程建设，提供员工技术支持，确保系统安全与业务连续性。
主要职责
- 处理员工电脑软硬件故障，完成硬件扩容、检修与维修。
- 管理邮箱、网盘账户开通、权限设置及维护。
- 执行电脑巡检、数据备份、网络监控及机房维护。
- 建立IT资产与账号电子台账，负责采购、领用、报废全流程。
- 协调外部服务商，标准化运维工作并编写SOP。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3-5年IT工作经验，其中1-2年生物制药行业经验。
- 英语沟通流利，具备出色的动手能力，能独立完成硬件诊断与更换。
- 做事条理清晰，责任心强，具备良好沟通能力。
必备技能
- 硬件故障诊断、部件更换、系统安装。
- Windows域环境与Office 365管理。
- 常见杀毒/加密软件使用。
- 路由器、交换机、防火墙配置及机房基础设施。
