Extended Expertise Consultant

About the role

You will provide guidance and technical expertise to clients deploying security integrations, acting as a trusted technical partner to ensure secure digital environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build custom security policies and application signatures for unique client environments.
• Consult and guide customers onsite on security best practices and act as a trusted advisor.
• Analyze logs and events, produce threat analysis reports, and mitigate web‑based threats.
• Collaborate with the Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot escalations.
• Maintain solutions, mentor on code upgrades, and support sales teams with technical strategies.

Required profile

• Experience with Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Prisma Access.
• Proven track record leading security solutions in large environments.
• Strong understanding of security threats, internet protocols, and applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage senior leaders.
