QMS Specialist

About the role

The QMS Specialist supports the establishment of a compliant and effective Quality Management System for the assigned activities. The role develops and revises QMS documents such as SOPs and quality manuals, ensuring they remain accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the deployment and continuous improvement of QMS processes, including document control, training, and audits.
• Collect, compile and report QMS performance metrics (non‑conformances, critical findings, training completion rates) to aid management decisions.
• Support internal audit planning, preparation, execution and follow‑up actions.
• Maintain and archive quality records in line with QMS procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate QMS processes and provide guidance on compliance inquiries.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis, risk identification and recommendation of corrective actions.

Required profile

• Vocational Education or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• No prior experience required, or a minimum of 4 years in Quality Management Systems, quality audits or similar roles within highly regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, automotive).
