Test and Verification Engineer

About the role

As a Test and Verification Engineer you will analyse system testing requirements, develop comprehensive test plans and execute system tests to ensure thorough coverage while meeting regulatory and company standards. You will work closely with product development teams to perform complex testing, evaluate outcomes and provide detailed performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, benchtop setups and measurement documentation, including schematics and setup diagrams.
• Execute system tests, document results, identify deviations and investigate anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test objectives, scope and deliverables aligned with project timelines.
• Support creation of new test methods, optimise testing approaches and perform measurement system analyses.
• Work with ODM suppliers to develop test protocols and ensure high‑quality verification activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product development testing and verification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in test and verification within a product development environment.
• Familiarity with medical device regulations (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820) is a plus.
