Product Manager (MR) - Magnet Resonance

About the role

A Product Manager for Magnet Resonance (MR) is sought within the R&D business unit, based in Shanghai, China. The role owns product requirements, drives product delivery to R&D and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the product.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customer insights and identify user pain points through market research, define products that meet customer needs and own product requirements, ensuring they are delivered to R&D and implemented as expected.
• Act as key stakeholder for feature and product acceptance during product development.
• Plan and execute new product introduction activities, develop go-to-market materials and train the downstream marketing team.
• Collect customer feedback on products and features on sale, maintain product reputation and initiate product iterations.
• Drive collaboration research programs with healthcare and/or research institutes.
• Perform market research and product roadmap planning with the product management team.

Required profile

• Master's degree or above; majors in medical imaging, biomedical engineering, computer science, statistics, clinical medicine or related fields preferred.
• Experience in clinical, clinical research or product definition preferred, including MR, CT, XR, MI, RT, medical imaging software products, etc.
• Visa sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Ability to research market trends and familiarity with requirements management methods.
• Excellent analytical ability; strategic planning experience is a big plus.
• Strong oral and written communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
• Strong English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
