Product Engineer – Manufacturing & Quality

About the role

The Product Engineer will work closely with R&D, US and China product engineering teams, as well as Quality, to ensure new products are manufacturable and meet Corsair demand. Based in the Shenzhen area, the role involves daily supplier visits and real‑time response to production issues.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, US PE, China PE and Quality teams to simplify product manufacturing.
• Drive manufacturing improvements by analysing inline defects, repairs and RMA returns.
• Report and address supplier quality, in‑process quality control and outgoing quality issues promptly.
• Ensure factory capacity (equipment, material, workforce) aligns with demand and resolve capacity issues quickly.
• Provide resources to react to low‑yield events during mass production.
• Improve production efficiency by reducing cycle time.
• Visit suppliers daily in the Shenzhen area to monitor performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in product engineering or quality within consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics; experience with sim‑racing products is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
