Power Semiconductor Product Manager – ME-PM Portfolio

About the role

As a Power Semiconductor Product Manager (PRM) you will support Bosch's ME-PM product portfolio, focusing on chips, discretes and power modules for non‑automotive applications such as energy storage systems, NEV charging and photovoltaic solutions. You will develop deep technical knowledge of the products and translate market needs into roadmap inputs.

Key responsibilities

• Build in‑depth understanding of product datasheets and parameters.
• Capture industrial application requirements and trends for ESS, charging and photovoltaic markets.
• Provide customer feedback to shape technology capability roadmaps.
• Conduct market studies, identify opportunities, and lead design‑in activities with customers and distribution partners.
• Promote SiC product advantages and support customers in application benefits.
• Support partner evaluation, analysis and cooperation topics in China.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis and identify new business fields.
• Prepare high‑level meeting materials and promotional content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics, physics or a related engineering field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong focus on ESS, solar and charging applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for international stakeholder engagement.
• High self‑motivation and ability to work independently while collaborating with China and global teams.
