About the role
As a Power Module Process Development Engineer at Bosch Group, you will drive the development and industrialisation of power assembly interconnection technologies for automotive and semiconductor applications. You will work in a cross‑functional environment, collaborating with design, plant, and purchasing teams across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimise process concepts for new power module platforms and products.
- Ensure designs are industrialisation‑friendly and manage associated risks.
- Support manufacturing sites with risk assessments, troubleshooting and machine release activities.
- Innovate new materials and interconnection technologies for next‑generation automotive products.
- Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams in China, Germany, Hungary, Poland and other locations.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or higher in material engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in process development or product development.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Self‑driven, strong ownership, customer orientation and teamwork mindset.
