Portfolio Management Coordinator

About the role

As a Portfolio Management Coordinator at Bosch Group, you will support the product management team in accelerating product releases and shortening time‑to‑market. You will act as a key liaison across OEM and internal functions, ensuring smooth phase‑in and phase‑out processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist product managers daily in the phase‑in process to speed up release lead time.
• Coordinate, track, and drive product releases across OEGB interfaces.
• Monitor portfolio status KPIs, identify phase‑out candidates, and manage the phase‑out process.
• Generate regular reports (e.g., MMDQ) for product managers.
• Support process‑automation projects to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the automotive industry with exposure to data analysis and portfolio management.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Flexibility, creativity, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong personal initiative.
• Team player who can collaborate across functions and regions.
