About the role
MSA Safety is looking for a motivated Operator to join its Suzhou manufacturing plant on the 1st shift. You will work on a production line that supports the company’s mission to protect people and assets worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery, equipment and tools according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow occupational health and safety regulations at all times.
- Detect and report defective materials, quality issues, or any questionable conditions to a supervisor.
- Perform preventive maintenance on production line machinery.
- Assist equipment engineers or maintenance technicians with repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly.
- Carry out any additional duties as required.
Required profile
- At least 12 years of compulsory education (high‑school level) or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant factory or production experience.
- Commitment to safety and ability to follow prescribed safety procedures.
Required skills
- Operation of production line machinery.
