About the role

MSA Safety is looking for a motivated Operator to join its Suzhou manufacturing plant on the 1st shift. You will work on a production line that supports the company’s mission to protect people and assets worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Operate production line machinery, equipment and tools according to standard operating procedures.
Follow occupational health and safety regulations at all times.
Detect and report defective materials, quality issues, or any questionable conditions to a supervisor.
Perform preventive maintenance on production line machinery.
Assist equipment engineers or maintenance technicians with repairs and maintenance tasks.
Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly.
Carry out any additional duties as required.

Required profile

At least 12 years of compulsory education (high‑school level) or higher.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant factory or production experience.
Commitment to safety and ability to follow prescribed safety procedures.

Required skills
