职位概况

Amgen招聘市场营销经理，负责品牌战略及市场计划的制定与执行，通过市场分析、客户洞察及跨职能协作，推动品牌发展、客户价值提升及业务目标实现。

主要职责

收集分析市场环境与竞争动态，识别市场机会与风险，形成业务建议
支持品牌策略、年度市场计划及产品生命周期管理
执行市场活动和重点项目，开发活动内容、客户互动方案及传播材料，跟踪效果
维护内外部利益相关方关系，与医学、BU、准入、BAI等部门协作，支持全球策略本地化
按公司规定制定预算并跟踪项目投入，提升资源使用效率
遵守合规要求，持续提升专业能力并分享最佳实践

任职要求

本科及以上学历，医学、药学、市场营销、商业管理相关专业优先
5年以上市场营销或相关经验；或2年以上咨询经验且同时有3年以上市场营销经验
制药行业经验、项目管理及跨职能协作经验者优先
英语书面沟通能力强，口语流利者优先
