职位概况
负责根据生产计划制定并执行物料需求计划，协同采购确保物料及时供应，监控库存水平，提升供应链效率。
主要职责
- 根据生产计划制定物料需求计划并达成。
- 与采购部门协作，确保物料的及时采购。
- 监控物料库存水位，组织盘点工作。
- 分析生产计划对物料的需求，制定损耗标准并制定采购与补货计划。
- 熟悉供应链各环节，协调资源，优化流程，降低成本。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，具备3-5年相关行业经验。
- 精通库存控制方法（如ABC分类法、安全库存计算），能够设定合理库存水平。
- 熟练使用Excel、SAP等数据分析工具，对库存、采购、生产数据进行分析。
- 熟练操作ERP系统的库存、采购、销售等模块，完成物料的采购、入库、出库等操作。
