职位概况
负责带领项目管理团队，依据PLUS流程，管理汽车项目从启动到投产后90天，确保安全、交付、财务指标达标。
主要职责
- 管理项目利益相关方，确保满意度。
- 计划、跟踪并控制项目进度及财务表现，推动项目成功投产。
- 带领团队按客户技术及质量要求开发并交付产品。
- 依据业务计划进行成本管控，达成或超越CAR财务指标。
- 管理SDT团队，确保各职能按时完成并协助解决项目问题。
- 执行变更流程，确保变更及时有效，避免进度受影响。
- 管控供应商，确保零件按时开发并符合质量要求。
- 识别项目风险，制定预防措施，保障项目顺利推进。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先。
- 8年汽车行业工作经验，5年项目管理经验，至少1个完整项目投产经验。
- 熟悉汽车设计/投产流程，掌握APQP、PPAP及项目管理工具。
- 了解客户项目开发、自制外包及供应商定点流程，具备项目财务成本基础。
- 良好的人际交往与沟通影响力，优秀的团队管理与组织协调能力。
- 结果导向，抗压能力强，持续学习能力。
- 英语听说读写优秀。
